Het nieuwe aardappelseizoen is officieel begonnen! Ha, de Nederlandse aardappel, zo veelzijdig. Stamppot (ja, in de zomer! Laten we de herfst-stamppot ontheiligen), maaltijdsalade, frietjes: het wordt een feest. En als cherry on top op de aardappelpuree lekkere frisse microgroente, een nieuw product van Haagse Zwam en nieuwe oogst appels!

Volgende week in het pakket:

• 1 kg aardappelen, kruimig van LandzichtBiologisch uit Strijen
• 1 kg appels, Goudreinet,  van Camping de Boogaard in Hekendorp
• 1 paksoi van de Kievit Biologische groenten, in Katwijk
• 1 krop andijvie van de Kievit Biologische groenten, in Katwijk
• 2 courgette van de Kievit Biologische groenten, in Katwijk en van Hoeve Biesland
• 25 gram microgroenten Radijs mix van Haagse Zwam uit Den Haag
• 1 krop Salanova sla (oogstaandeel) van Hoeve Biesland uit Delfgauw
• 750 gram aardappelen (oogstaandeel) van Hoeve Biesland uit Delfgauw

We kijken weer uit naar je komst op de markt!… of om jou thuis te zien bij je eigen afhaalpunt.

Let op! Voor de locatie de Gymzaal geldt het volgende: Vanaf 8 juli loopt de markt weer zoals voorheen: je verzamelt zelf je groentepakket en de openingstijden zijn weer 16 tot 19uur. Wij hebben op dit moment geen losse verkopers en geen verpakkingsvrije winkel tijdens de markt. Je kan wel brood, kaas en eieren kopen.
Bij Toverbosch zijn de openingstijden ook aangepast: 15 tot 17uur.

De verpakkingsvrije winkel is elke twee weken op zaterdag geopend (volgende datum 15 en 29 augustus). Zie alle informatie hier.

Als je op woensdag een pakket wilt afhalen, dan moet je abonnement vóór zondagavond 20:00 uur op ACTIEF staan. En als je woensdag geen pakket wil, dan moet je abonnement vóór zondagavond 20:00 uur op PAUZE staan. Bedankt daarvoor!

The new potato season is officially open! Ah, the Dutch potato, so versatile. Stamppot (yes, in the summer! Let’s desanctify the autumnal stamppot), potato salad, fries: sounds like a party! And as cherry on top of the mashed potatoes some crisp microgreens, a fresh new product from Haagse Zwam and juicy new harvest apples!

For location the Gymzaal: From now on we will be back to the “usual” market: you put your package together yourself. Opening times are back to 16:00 to 19:00. The package-free shop is closed during market times. But you can still get fresh bread, eggs and cheese.
In Toverbosch opening times also changed: 15:00 to 17:00 from now on.
