Wij zijn op zoek naar enthousiaste medewerkers van het inkoopteam van Lekkernassuh. 

Lekkernassuh is onderdeel van een transitieprogramma met als doel gezond, eerlijk en lekker eten toegankelijk te maken voor iedereen in de stad. We werken samen met boeren en tuinders die zo dicht mogelijk in de omgeving van Den Haag wonen, van wie we elke week verse biologische groente en fruit verkopen in het groentepakket. Het groentepakket wordt op verschillende locaties verkocht op de versmarkt. 

Binnen onze organisatie komen waarden als gastvrijheid, zorg voor elkaar en aandacht voor je omgeving terug in de manier waarop we werken. Het toegankelijk maken van voedsel doe je samen, op een manier die past bij de lokale gemeenschap. 

Functieomschrijving: 

• Je stelt het groentepakket samen van die week, op basis van de aanbodlijsten van de leveranciers. 
• Je bepaalt de hoeveelheid te bestellen groente, en geeft de bestellingen door. 
• Je schakelt snel en bedenkt creatieve oplossingen als bijv. bepaalde groente onverhoopt niet kan worden geleverd.
• Je stuurt e-mails naar het klantenbestand.
• Je onderhoudt goede relaties met de leveranciers.
• Samen met je teamleden analyseer je aanbod, vraag en prijsbepalingen; en scout je mogelijke nieuwe producenten van verse, biologische en biodynamische groente en fruit uit de regio.

Wat kun je verwachten? 

• Een omgeving waar verbinding tussen mensen centraal staat en die gebaseerd is op principes van zelf-organisatie.
• Een tijdsbesteding van 4 á 5 uur in de week en je doet 2 weken inkoop achter elkaar. Daarna ben je 4 tot 6 weken vrij. De tijdsbesteding is als volgt verdeeld: op vrijdagochtend (vast) doe je een voorlopige bestelling voor de markt op woensdag en mail je de deelnemers met het voorlopige pakket (2 uur ongeveer). Op zondagavond of maandagochtend stuur je de definitieve bestelling naar de leveranciers (1 uur), op dinsdag  stuur je een mail naar alle actieve leden met de definitieve samenstelling van het pakket (1 uur). Tussendoor beantwoord je mailtjes van leden, heb je contact met nieuwe leveranciers en controleer je de facturen van de vorige week (1 uur).  
• Een uitbetaling in de vorm van time-bank uren (1 uur werktijd is 0,65 time-bank uur), die je in kunt zetten om je groentepakket te betalen (1,25 time-bank uur), kaas of droogwaren te kopen, of om gebruik te maken van andere diensten die worden aangeboden op www.timebank.cc.

Would you like to form the purchasing team of Lekkernassuh together with others?

We are looking for enthusiastic employees of the purchasing team of Lekkernassuh.

Lekkernassuh is part of a transition program with the aim of making healthy, honest and tasty food accessible to everyone in the city. We work together with farmers and gardeners who live as close as possible to The Hague, from whom we sell fresh organic fruits and vegetables in the vegetable package every week. The vegetable package is sold at different locations at the fresh market.

Within our organization, values such as hospitality, care for each other and consideration for your environment are reflected in the way we work. Making food accessible is something you do together, in a way that suits the local community.

Job description

• You will put together the vegetable package for that week, based on the suppliers’ supply lists.
• You determine the quantity of vegetables to be ordered and pass on the orders.
• You switch quickly and come up with creative solutions if, for example, certain vegetables cannot be delivered.
• You send emails to the customer base.
• You maintain good relations with the suppliers.
• Together with your team members you analyze supply, demand and pricing; and you scout for possible new producers of fresh, organic and biodynamic fruits and vegetables from the region.

What can you expect?

• An environment where connection between people is key and is based on principles of self-organization.
• A time commitment of 4 to 5 hours per week and you do 2 weeks of purchasing in a row. After that you are 4 to 6 weeks free. The time commitment is divided as follows: on Friday morning (fixed) you do a preliminary order for the market on Wednesday and you mail the participants with the preliminary package (2 hours approximately). On Sunday evening or Monday morning you send the final order to the suppliers (1 hour), on Tuesday you send an email to all active members with the final composition of the package (1 hour). In between you answer emails from members, have contact with new suppliers and check the invoices from the previous week (1 hour).
• A payout in the form of time-bank hours (1 hour of work is 0.65 time-bank hour), which you can use to pay for your vegetable package (1.25 time-bank hour), buy cheese or dry goods, or use other services offered at www.timebank.cc.
