Lekkernassûh is gegroeid, en enorm ontwikkeld de afgelopen tijd. Onze IT is met ons meegegroeid: inmiddels werken we met een intern ontwikkeld administratiesysteem, Romanesco en een eigen nieuwsbrief. Veel verbeteringen, maar ook complicerend.

Daarom zijn we op zoek naar iemand die de brug kan slaan tussen onze IT expert(s) en de rest van de organisatie.

Wat ga je doen? De eerste belangrijke stap is een evaluatie en plan voor de cirkel IT (in niet-IT taal), kijkend naar zowel de technische als organisatie kant. Denk daarbij aan de volgende vragen:

Wat is essentieel onderhoud? Wat is nice-to-have onderhoud? En hoeveel uren zijn er structureel nodig?
Welke nieuwe en lopende projecten zijn er, en wat zijn de prioriteiten?
Welke werkwijze, in lijn met Holacracy, willen we hanteren, waarin we als organisatie nieuwe ideeën voor IT projecten beoordelen en prioritiseren?
Hoe willen we de IT verantwoordelijkheden afbakenen, en duidelijke afspraken maken over wat de cirkel daarvoor nodig heeft van de rest van de organisatie?
Hoe kunnen we de uitkomsten verwerken in Holaspirit naar rollen, verantwoordelijkheden, acties, etc.?

Spreekt je dit aan, dan komen we heel graag in contact. De vergoeding vind in principe plaats met Timebank uren. Bepalen hoeveel tijd het kost is onderdeel van de opdracht. Maar om een beeld te geven: het moet te combineren zijn met een “normaal” (gezins)leven en baan. De start kan ook als projectvorm worden vormgegeven, hierover komen we graag in gesprek.

Vacancy IT associate

Lekkernassûh has grown as an organization, and has developed tremendously over the past period. Our IT system has grown with us: we are now working with our internally developed administration system, Romanesco and a news letter. Many improvements, but also complicated.

For that reason, we are looking for someone to make the connection between our IT expert(s) and the rest of the organization.

What will this entail? The most important first step will be to evaluate and make a plan for the circle IT (in non-IT languague), taking into account both technical and organizational aspects. Questions include:

What is essential maintenance? And what is nice to have? How many hours are needed structurally?
Which new and ongoing projects are there, and what are the priorities?
Which way of working, in line with the prinicples of Holacracy, do we want to use to weigh and prioritize new ideas for IT projects within the organization?
How do we want to define the IT responsibilities, and make clear agreements on what the circle needs for this from the rest of the organization?
How can we process the results in Holaspirit, in terms of roles, responsibilities, actions, etc?

If this sounds like a project you’d like to take on, we’d love to get in touch with you. Your compensation will in principle be paid in Timebank hours. How much time is needed will be part of your assignment, but to give an idea: it needs to be possible to combine this with a ‘normal’ (family) life and job. The start can also be done in the form of a project, we’re looking forward to discussing this.

Webdienst medewerker

Gaat communiceren jou gemakkelijk af en vind je het leuk om via verschillende kanalen de idealen van Lekkernassûh te verspreiden? Dan kunnen we jouw hulp goed gebruiken in ons communicatieteam!

We zijn op zoek naar een webdienst medewerker. Als webdienst medewerker ben je eens per 3 à 6 weken beschikbaar om een webdienst te draaien. Je bent dan een week lang verantwoordelijk voor alle communicatie via de e-mail (pakketmail), website (WordPress) en onze sociale media kanalen zoals Facebook en Instagram. Je schrijft posts, deelt interessante artikelen die passen bij de visie van Lekkernassûh en beantwoordt vragen van deelnemers. Het voornaamste doel is ons netwerk informeren en het delen van de ideologie van Lekkernassûh: Het via een zo kort mogelijke keten toegankelijk maken van gezond en lokaal geproduceerd voedsel voor regio Den Haag.

Cirkel Lead

Daarnaast zijn we op zoek naar een nieuwe cirkel lead voor de communicatiecirkel. De circle lead heeft een coördinerende rol en is degene die ons vertegenwoordigd in het grotere organisatie overleg. In die rol heb jij het overzicht over wat er speelt in de communicatiecirkel. Je weet welke taken er zijn en zorgt, samen met ons, dat deze taken vervuld worden. Je zorgt ervoor dat Holaspirit, het interne platform voor de hele organisatie up to date is, en dat nieuwe teamleden toegang krijgen tot de benodigde kanalen.

Timebank uren

We vergaderen eens per maand en met een aantal taken zijn timebank uren te verdienen. Zo kun jij met jouw inzet je Lekkernassûh groentenpakket, kaas, en droogwaren bij de verpakkingsvrije winkel met timebank uren betalen.

Vacancy communications team: webdienst and lead

Webdienst

Is communication easy for you and do you enjoy spreading the ideals of Lekkernassûh through various channels? Then we could really use your help in our communications team!

We are looking for a webdienst person. As a webdienst person, you will be responsible for a webdienst once every 3 to 6 weeks. In shifts of one week, you are responsible for all communication via e-mail (package mails), our website (WordPress) and our social media channels such as Facebook and Instagram. You write posts, share interesting articles that fit the vision of Lekkernassuh and answer questions from participants. The main goal is to inform our network and share the ideology of Lekkernassûh: to make healthy and locally produced food accessible for the region of The Hague through the shortest possible chain.

Circle Lead

Do you like to contribute to the communications team from a more coordinating function? Next to a webdienst person, we are looking for a new circle lead. As a circle lead, you keep an overview of what is going on within the circle communication. You know which tasks there are and, together with the circle members, make sure that these are carried out. You ensure that Holaspirit is up to date, and that new team members get access to the relevant channels.

Timebank

We meet once a month and with some tasks you can earn timebanking hours. In this way, you can pay for your Lekkernassûh vegetable package, cheese and dried goods at the package free shop with time bank hours.

Gevraagd: laptop en laptopdokter

Lekkernassûh gebruikt een aantal laptops om de kassa’s te runnen op de markten en in de verpakkingsvrije winkel. Soms heeft een laptop onderhoud of probleemoplossing nodig. En heel soms is een extra laptop nodig voor groei of vervanging.

Gezocht: een persoon. Iemand die heel handig is met computers en die voor de techniek van de laptops wil zorgen. Een laptop inrichten voor eerste gebruik op een markt. En wanneer er een probleem is met een laptop, dat we jou kunnen vragen ernaar te kijken. Denk aan problemen met de hardware, het OS, software, foutmeldingen, beveiliging. Momenteel is er een laptop waar je meteen je tanden in kunt zetten: deze heeft verbindingsproblemen, we komen er niet uit, het slimst lijkt me om er een schone installatie op te zetten van Windows 10 of misschien Ubuntu.

Gezocht: een gebruikte laptop. Dit vanwege uitbreiding: er is een markt bijgekomen. We zoeken een ‘gewone’ laptop, met qwerty toetsenbord, die op Windows draait, liefst niet ouder dan vijf jaar.

Wanted: a laptop and a laptop doctor

Lekkernassûh uses a number of laptops to run the cash registers in the markets and in the packaging-free store. Sometimes a laptop needs maintenance or troubleshooting. And very occasionally an extra laptop is needed for expansion or replacement.

Wanted: a person. Someone who is very handy with computers and who wants to take care of the technology of the laptops. Preparing a laptop for first use at a market. And when a laptop has a problem, letting us ask you to take care of it. Think of problems with the hardware, the OS, software, error messages, security. Actually, we have one laptop that needs attention already: it has connection problems, we can’t figure it out, I suspect the smartest thing to do is to do a clean installation of Windows 10 or maybe Ubuntu.

Wanted: a used laptop. This is due to expansion: there’s a new market. We are looking for a ‘normal’ laptop, with qwerty keyboard, that runs on Windows, preferably no more than five years old.

Vacatures Toverbosch

Voor onze locatie Toverbosch (woensdagen 15h-17h, Bezuidenhout/Mariahoeve) zijn we op zoek naar nieuwe vrijwilligers!

Deelnemers verwelkomen en informeren, groente kratjes bijvullen, je collega medewerkers ondersteunen… en dat allemaal in een mooie tuin, (meestal) in de zon! Je kunt ook komen helpen om de markt voor te bereiden (13h30-15h) of op te ruimen (17h-18h), of eventueel een kleine training volgen om achter de kassa te komen zitten.

We are looking for volunteers for our location Toverbosch (Wednesdays 15h-17h, Bezuidenhout/Mariahoeve) who would like to come help us run the market!

Tasks such as welcoming the participants, giving information when needed, making sure vegetable crates are full, helping out your coworkers… and all that in a nice garden, (most of the time) in the sun! You can also come and help out with preparing the market (13h30-15h) or closing (17h-18h), or even follow a small training as a cashier.

Wil jij samen met anderen het inkoopteam van Lekkernassuh vormen?

Wij zijn op zoek naar enthousiaste medewerkers van het inkoopteam van Lekkernassuh.

Lekkernassuh is onderdeel van een transitieprogramma met als doel gezond, eerlijk en lekker eten toegankelijk te maken voor iedereen in de stad. We werken samen met boeren en tuinders die zo dicht mogelijk in de omgeving van Den Haag wonen, van wie we elke week verse biologische groente en fruit verkopen in het groentepakket. Het groentepakket wordt op verschillende locaties verkocht op de versmarkt.

Binnen onze organisatie komen waarden als gastvrijheid, zorg voor elkaar en aandacht voor je omgeving terug in de manier waarop we werken. Het toegankelijk maken van voedsel doe je samen, op een manier die past bij de lokale gemeenschap.

Functieomschrijving:

Je stelt het groentepakket samen van die week, op basis van de aanbodlijsten van de leveranciers.
Je bepaalt de hoeveelheid te bestellen groente, en geeft de bestellingen door.
Je schakelt snel en bedenkt creatieve oplossingen als bijv. bepaalde groente onverhoopt niet kan worden geleverd.
Je stuurt e-mails naar het klantenbestand.
Je onderhoudt goede relaties met de leveranciers.
Samen met je teamleden analyseer je aanbod, vraag en prijsbepalingen; en scout je mogelijke nieuwe producenten van verse, biologische en biodynamische groente en fruit uit de regio.

Wat kun je verwachten?

Een omgeving waar verbinding tussen mensen centraal staat en die gebaseerd is op principes van zelf-organisatie.
Een tijdsbesteding van 4 á 5 uur in de week en je doet 2 weken inkoop achter elkaar. Daarna ben je 4 tot 6 weken vrij. De tijdsbesteding is als volgt verdeeld: op vrijdagochtend (vast) doe je een voorlopige bestelling voor de markt op woensdag en mail je de deelnemers met het voorlopige pakket (2 uur ongeveer). Op zondagavond of maandagochtend stuur je de definitieve bestelling naar de leveranciers (1 uur), op dinsdag stuur je een mail naar alle actieve leden met de definitieve samenstelling van het pakket (1 uur). Tussendoor beantwoord je mailtjes van leden, heb je contact met nieuwe leveranciers en controleer je de facturen van de vorige week (1 uur).
Een uitbetaling in de vorm van time-bank uren (1 uur werktijd is 0,65 time-bank uur), die je in kunt zetten om je groentepakket te betalen (1,25 time-bank uur), kaas of droogwaren te kopen, of om gebruik te maken van andere diensten die worden aangeboden op www.timebank.cc.

Would you like to form the purchasing team of Lekkernassuh together with others?

We are looking for enthusiastic employees of the purchasing team of Lekkernassuh.

Lekkernassuh is part of a transition program with the aim of making healthy, honest and tasty food accessible to everyone in the city. We work together with farmers and gardeners who live as close as possible to The Hague, from whom we sell fresh organic fruits and vegetables in the vegetable package every week. The vegetable package is sold at different locations at the fresh market.

Within our organization, values such as hospitality, care for each other and consideration for your environment are reflected in the way we work. Making food accessible is something you do together, in a way that suits the local community.

Job description

You will put together the vegetable package for that week, based on the suppliers’ supply lists.
You determine the quantity of vegetables to be ordered and pass on the orders.
You switch quickly and come up with creative solutions if, for example, certain vegetables cannot be delivered.
You send emails to the customer base.
You maintain good relations with the suppliers.
Together with your team members you analyze supply, demand and pricing; and you scout for possible new producers of fresh, organic and biodynamic fruits and vegetables from the region.

What can you expect?

An environment where connection between people is key and is based on principles of self-organization.
A time commitment of 4 to 5 hours per week and you do 2 weeks of purchasing in a row. After that you are 4 to 6 weeks free. The time commitment is divided as follows: on Friday morning (fixed) you do a preliminary order for the market on Wednesday and you mail the participants with the preliminary package (2 hours approximately). On Sunday evening or Monday morning you send the final order to the suppliers (1 hour), on Tuesday you send an email to all active members with the final composition of the package (1 hour). In between you answer emails from members, have contact with new suppliers and check the invoices from the previous week (1 hour).
A payout in the form of time-bank hours (1 hour of work is 0.65 time-bank hour), which you can use to pay for your vegetable package (1.25 time-bank hour), buy cheese or dry goods, or use other services offered at www.timebank.cc.

Vacature: Coördinator afhaalpunten

We zijn op zoek naar mensen die betrokken willen zijn bij het verder ontwikkelen van onze afhaalpunten bij Lekkernassûh.

Als coördinator ben je het aanspreekpunt van de afhaalpunten. Dit houdt in dat je (afwisselend) verantwoordelijk bent voor het contact met de afhaalpunten en de op de woensdag de fietskoeriers aanstuurt die de pakketten naar de verschillende afhaalpunten brengen. We hebben op dit moment twee coördinatoren maar willen ons team graag verder uitbreiden.

Met je harde werk bouw je Timebank (TB) uren op, deze kunnen worden ingewisseld voor bijvoorbeeld ons Lekkernassûh groentepakket (een pakket staat gelijk aan 1,25 TB uren).

Vacancy: Coordinator pick-up points

We are looking for people who want to be involved with the future development of our pick-up points at Lekkernassûh.

As a coordinator, you are a central contact person for the participants at the pick-up points and answer their weekly questions. On Wednesdays, you coordinate the bicycle couriers which bring the vegetable packages to the pick-up points. At the moment, we have two coordinators, but we would like to expand our team further.

You can claim Timebank (TB) hours as a reward for your hard work. With TB hours you can for example pay for a Lekkernassûh vegetable package (one package worth 1.25 TB hours).
