Het pakket van deze week zou je een klassieker kunnen noemen. Eigenlijk allemaal producten die we in het voorjaar en zomer vaak in het pakket hebben zitten en waar je in de keuken alle kanten mee op kunt. Alvast een paar klassieke gerechten om met deze groenten te maken: een lichte preiflan uit de oven met fetakaas, melanzane alla parmigiana of een lekkere koude gazpacho.

Tijdens de zomervakantie zijn een aantal locaties een paar weken dicht, of hanteren we andere openingstijden (zie locaties en openingstijden). Locatie Mozartlaan is gesloten van 13 juli t/m 17 augustus, locatie spinozahof van 3 augustus t/m 17 augustus. Wil je alsnog een pakket ophalen? Dan kun je je locatie aanpassen naar een locatie die in die week wel geopend is.

Kom je je pakket ophalen bij de Gymzaal? Vergeet dan niet om je fiets uitsluitend in de daarvoor bestemde rekken (aan de overkant van de straat) te plaatsen. Dit in verband met overlast voor de buren. Bij voorbaat dank!

Betalen met Timebank uren
Je kunt je Timebank uren gebruiken om je groentepakket, maar ook bijvoorbeeld kaas of producten van de verpakkingsvrije winkel mee te betalen. Timebank uren verdien je door bijv. op de markt mee te helpen. Meer weten? Kijk dan hier.

De verpakkingsvrijewinkel is elke zaterdag geopend, van 10:00 – 12.45 uur op de Witte de Withstraat 127. Ruimere openingstijden vragen om meer vrijwilligers. Wil je een keer meehelpen? Schrijf je in via deze link. Meer informatie over de winkel vind je hier.

Vergeet niet je status aan te passen!
Als je op woensdag een pakket wilt afhalen, dan moet je abonnement vóór zondagavond 20:00 uur op ACTIEF staan. En als je woensdag geen pakket wil, dan moet je abonnement vóór zondagavond 20:00 uur op PAUZE staan. This week’s package is full of classics. Most of these veggies you often find in our spring and summer selections. Veggies you can create many lovely dishes with. Like the classics: a light leek flan with feta cheese, melanzane alla parmigiana or a nice and cold gazpacho.

During the summer holiday, some locations are closed for a couple of days, or have different opening hours (see Locations & Opening hours). Location Mozartlaan (formerly Wonnebald) is closed from 13 July until 17 August, location Spinozahof from 3 August until 17 August. Do you still want a package? Then you can change your location to one that is open during that time.

Een rijk gevuld pakket deze week. De geur van verse kruiden komen ons aanvliegen vanuit Katwijk en oogstaandeel van Hoeve Biesland!

Lekkernassûh heeft oogstaandelen bij De Groenteboerin, een stichting die biologische groenten teelt op een stukje grond van Hoeve Biesland. Dit is hoe de afspraken over onze oogstaandelen werken: we spreken met de boer of boerin af welke soort en hoeveel groenten we over het hele jaar zouden willen afnemen. Door de boer wordt vervolgens een oogstplan opgesteld, zodat er een aantal weken van het jaar tussen de 1 en 3 groenten van het land kunnen worden geoogst. Deze bieden wij dan aan in het pakket voor de deelnemers van Lekkernassûh.

A richly filled package this week. The smell of fresh herbs comes flying at us from Katwijk. And harvest share from Hoeve Biesland!

Lekkernassûh has harvest shares from De Groenteboerin, a foundation that grows organic vegetables on a piece of land in Hoeve Biesland. This is how the agreements about our harvest share work: we agree with the farmer what kind and how many vegetables we would like to purchase throughout the year. A harvest plan is then drawn up by the farmer, so that between 1 and 3 vegetables can be harvested from the land for a number of weeks of the year. We then offer these in the package for the participants of Lekkernassûh.

Week 36: 8 september

Deze week zitten er selderij en boterbonen in het pakket. Deze komen van boerderij Hoeve Biesland, we kopen geen groente van hen, maar nemen groente af in de vorm van oogstaandelen. Bij Hoeve Biesland betalen wij als gemeenschap een derde van de bedrijfskosten in ruil voor een derde van de oogst. Met deze manier van werken verdwijnt de traditionele relatie tussen producent en consument en kunnen we samen met de boeren verder bouwen aan een daadwerkelijke voedselgemeenschap. Wil je deze kruisbestuiving van dichtbij ervaren? Op zaterdag 18 september organiseert Lekkernassûh in samenwerking met De Volkskeuken een diner bij Hoeve Biesland, wees van harte welkom! Zorg dat je pakket weer op actief staat of wijzig je locatie terug naar de Mozartlaan, uiterlijk zondag 29 augustus voor 20:00.

In next’weeks package you will find celery and butterbeans. These come from farm Hoeve Biesland, we don’t buy vegetables from them, but buy vegetables in the form of harvest parts. At Hoeve Biesland, we, as a community pay one third of the operating costs in exchange for one third of the harvest. With this way of working, the traditional relationship between producer and consumer disappears and we can continue to build a real food community together with the farmers. On Saturday September the 18th, Lekkernassûh is organizing a dinner at Hoeve Biesland in collaboration with De Volkskeuken, be very welcome! Sign up! More info can be found here.
